my God…
i just heard about this… i’ve never met him or saw him perform, but i am a new- but still a big -fan of his music. Jax was a bright talent with a distinct voice. he contributed so much to the culture, and i can only imagine that people who saw him perform or heard his music felt the same way i did.
the respect he had for his craft and the listener is something i hope all hip hop musicians will take as an example and all hip hop fans (whether mainstream or underground) will come to demand.
my condolences to Flux, Kalm, the Binkis Recs fam, and all his family and friends, which i am sure were many…
peace,
-samax.
